I had intended to go for a 0 stop. Fuel was fine, and so were the tyres, or so I thought...
I was driving a lonely race for the most part. Folk in front were pulling away, and folk behind were dropping back. Sidey came back to say hello, but he just pulled away again. Karlos then came back to see me, and drove about in front of me, just far enough in front that I was unable to do anything about him. He went off and came back on behind me, and was gaining and getting ready to pass me, when he speared off on an entirely different tangent. It seems that I lagged. :-( Sorry about that, Karlos. (Let me know if there were any other instances of lag, please)
Something must have went wrong in my calculations, and by lap 11 I noticed that my meds were not going to go the distance. As I was fuelled to the end, I decided to drive smoothly (I'm smooth anyway, so that bit was quite difficult...) and see how it went. It did all go fine, and I was up in 4th at one point as others stopped, but by lap 25 it felt like I was driving on ice and I decided to stop.
I came out in 13th behind Data and got past him when Sidey lapped us.
I was then chasing Karlos again, but wasn't going to catch him. However, he spun off on the last lap, and I got past but, even though my lag wasn't deliberate, it was still my fault, so I let him back through before the line.
(I only gave him it back 'cos it was for 11th.... If we'd been higher up, he'd have had no chance of getting it back.... :-P )

i try and try for 30 seconds straight but no dice. 
- i've recently joined the NoGripRacing forum to download some different circuits for GTR2 and tried to find a livery painting tutorial but to no avail
