PC Racing games with Photomode

Hey guys I have been getting really serious with racing lately but I have noticed something.
I'm seeing the same wallpaper every 60 minutes. I wanted to know what racing games preferably with good graphics have great Photomode, now I know Project C.A.R.S has one but I didn't make it for the Memberships. So if you have any then please let me know, NFS Shift 2 has a pretty decent one but the game has terrible physics so it's not really fun.
 
All the ISI sims, rFactor 1 and 2, GTR, RaceRoom, pCars, Assetto Corsa, GT Legends, all the Race 07 games and add ons and GTR Evo.
 
GTR, GTR2 and GTL don't have a completely free cam. You can move it around the car with it always centered, but there's no zoom, no roll, no movement, nothing. rFactor 1 and 2 feature a relative free cam, but without any effects. RACE 07 and I think RaceRoom feature an almost fully free movable cam, incl. fov options. RACE 07 doesn't provide any post processing effects though.

The only games with a photomode similar to GT are pCARS, Assetto Corsa and RaceRoom Racing Experience (not sure how exactly it works there though).

EDIT: And you don't need FRAPS at all. The games either have a screenshot function, or you use PrintScreen.
 
WRC4 also has a sort of photo mode (orbital but centered camera) but I couldn't work out how to get it to take a photo, nor how to hide the UI so I could take a screenshot. It's either broken or only works with a controller or something, or maybe I'm just stupid.

Oh and if you wanted something a little different, maybe you could see if a car you want is available as a mod for GTA IV, use that super pretty mode mod and go take photos there...?
 
Ah yes! If there any mods as well for games to take pictures that'd be good since I downloaded a camera hack mod for NFS MW 2012 and made some badass pictures.
