(PC) ToCa Race Driver 3 Keeps Crashing

I just picked up ToCa RD3 on PC and for some reason it will not let me race. I can navigate the menus and even get to the car select screen in quick race but if I try to do a race it crashes when loading.

It crashes there every single time. I've tried running it as administrator AND Win XP compatibility but it still crashes in the same place
 
Have you tried disabling DEP (data execution prevention) for any exes associated with the game? I've had to do that for a few older games like GPL and RBR. Admin mode should disable DEP but sometimes the main exe is only a launcher for a secondary one which is the actual game. For instance, you can run GPL without disabling DEP, you can even select a race and get to the screen right before it lets you drive, but it'll crash as soon as you click the green flag to get going because the exe it calls up has DEP enabled and it doesn't run.

That's pretty much what happens. I can do everything except race. How do I manually disable DEP?

I honestly can't remember but it didn't take long to find out from Google, don't disable DEP entirely though, just add the exes as exceptions. I'd find you a link but frankly trying to use the internet on my phone for anything but GTP frequently makes me want to throw it into space.

Turned it off for the RD3.exe. Will see if it has fixed it.

Edit: Still crashing at the same place with DEP turned off.

Are there any other exes in any of the subdirectories for the game?

Yes, RD3 Patcher (to get red of that annoying starforce), Protect (I believe it is Starforce), Hardware Setup and another .exe called test.exe.
