Here's a list of some still on sale. You can also check ebay. I know you're in the scottland, but i can't think of any online stores off the top of my head.

You shouldnt spend more than 30 bucks, no matter what you get. pci videocards are ancient. Maybe a geforce 2 or a geforce 3? Maybe you should build a new pc? you can build a pc at least 20x as fast as the one you currently have for about $350.

hi nick
thats a better price on the first link but im in UK
do you know if that place ships to UK?
thanks

it doesnt :( unfortunately

do u know if this place charge for postage
it doesnt appear to but i know it probably will

It will. Just enter your zip address and there is no tax included. It should not exceed your budget.

ahh
cheers for asking
i got one off ebay
nvidia geforce4 MX 420
not too bad for £20

I used to have an MX440, and I will say you will be quite surprised on just how much you can get out of the thing. Up before I swapped it for a GeForce 6800 Vanilla earlier this year, I was able to play CS: Source on it with pretty good results (medium settings, 1024X768, 55FPS average). Granted, mine was an AGP 8X 440, whereas yours is a PCI 420; but I'm guessing you could pull similar results (all a 420 is is an underclocked 440 anyways, so you could probably narrow the gap further if you wanted to).

Aldo if you did not know an AGP slot is the one that has a brown color to it and is set back farther away from the PCI slots.
