I still find some of PD's penalty system to be weird, like one time a year ago when I was racing at Laguna Seca. On Lap 3 someone hit the back of me, but yet they did not get penalized. I did for 3 seconds. It said I forced another car off track. WTF? Makes no sense at all.

I'm pole position with a grid of DR:C and doing OK for the first mile, P2 is closing in fast so I pull to the right and let him pass me. I catch back up but then P3 uses my rear bumper for braking at a corner. I got knocked off the track into a barrier. I recovered and caught up with this idiot because he kept making mistakes. I pass him but a little later he does the same. I pass him again and it's a repeat. I got SR down at the end and he didn't. Total BS.

It's always BS when the penalty system doesn't treat you right in any daily race event, and that's the truth.

Here's how the penalty system is treating me.
I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong. At least, I don't know what I could've done to be more "sportsmanlike".

3 seconds!!?? Dang... the opponent should have gotten the penalty IMO. That's jacked up.
