Personalized licenseplates

I hated the handling of it in Vice. Ad in GTA 3. But I liked the look in both. It was too, I don't know how to say it, just way too exaggerated (the handling) in GTA 3 and Vice City. But I agree with Blake. It's been in the game since GTA 1. It sucks that it's gone.

It's a licenseplate in real life. It's becoming quite popular it seems. I've seen one around here, and it was a GTST R32, but it had nothing to it. No Turbo, nothing. To me, it looked stock. :lol:
 
EVLR32 is a Metalic Green R32 thats in New Zealand. It does really well at shows because its an awesome car. Its been a cover car for fast fours and it deserves it.
 
I have seen some strange stuff at the parkinglot at the base of Mt. Chilliad, cars that spawn there are random but they seem to have unique plates like the rancher always spawns with MR70 ZUU but the really strange one is the Esperanto that had mirrored text (the plate was flipped horizontally) unfortunatly I can't confirm the Esperanto, it's a rare car and I have only seen it spawn once at that place. Right now I'm treating it as a glitch or a bug.
 
Or just one of those spooky things that belong in the Strange Happenings thread, and have 4000 people conspiring over Alien involvement. It's those UFOs in the sky. :lol:

Anyway, back to the original topic. I haven't seen any cars driving around with Personalised Plates since the start of the game. I'm guessing OGF boys that drive around, their cars may have personalised plates.

Also, that's a good idea to check other Girlfriends' cars to see if they have them. When I finish the storyline, and go to kill of Katie, I'll see if she has one.
 
Timebomb is that car you take to bomb that chemical (or something) factory.
 
In bike in the Just Business mission where you and Big Smoke take on the Russian Mob has the plate IMY AK.

Anyway about the mirrored plates I ran in to at Mt. Chilliad, well its definetly a just a glitch, I have seen it every now and then on random cars.
 
I really enjoy the story a lot more the second time through, now that I don't have to rush things through to unlock all the cities.

Anyway in Manangement Issues, the mission where you get rid of Madd Dogg's manager for OG LOC the 3 black Elegants all have personalized plates.

The car your driving has the plate MR B3NN and the other two are UG FUX69 and RKK PWNED.
 
Some more from OG LOC's House Party mission where you defend Grove St. from the Ballas. Two of the car had HAZE BOB and PRE4CHER. I checked cause the cars where still there after the mission. :)

Truth's van the "Mothership" have OUTHERE on its plates, probably a play on the "The truth is out there"-poster from X-files.

The pimpmobile you get to drive for Jizzy has HO 2 HO.

I've seen a car in a mission with OMEGA plates, just don't remember where.

Seems like there are lots of them in missions.
 
I've noticed something about the License Plates in general. They are always random. Meaning, that if you put a car in your garage with normal plates, it will have a different License Plate every time you load the game up.

Yep, except the Grove cars and there's a Bullet in SF parked in a Burger Shot (I think) and the plate always says "Chunky".

Yes. Numerous times. I also did today. I took notice of my Lowrider in my garage in Ganton about 5 times. Every time I loaded up it was different. I also noticed and pointed it out at your house on Saturday.
