Peugeot 806 Procar skin and gearbox fix - Real skin and gearbox fix for Cyril Cherry's Peugeot 806 Procar

Easy edit of the original skin, to more closely resemble the actual 1995 Spa 24H car. (Also added AO.)

Optional: I also included an easy edit of data.acd, which disables the auto clutch, for a more harsh and realistic gear shift.
