PGR2+Custom Playlist=Low Volume

last night i got fed up listening to the soundtracks in PGR2.so,i decided to grab one of my music cd's and copied it to my X-box.

i then start up PGR2,select the custom playlist and i can't hear the songs.the music volume is up in the radio/cd option.

any help?

wierd my cds work fine. i have like 250 songs on my xbox. and none of em are too quiet.
