when they first came out, they came out with 230. then in 2004, they came with 245... only reason i know this, is i'm a member of srtforums.com.. been there since before it was announced as a car.

All I am saying is that Sport Compact car dyno'd an SRT-4 and it made 215 to the wheels. Look at what my ad says "215hp to the pavement" Im not talking about crank hp.

And here's a thought....who cares? Its still a Neon if you ask me...

It's from the best brazilian magazine on the subject: Quatro Rodas (Four
Wheels). As a subscriber, I've got enough material to make a pretty realistic
cover, so, here it goes...



As this forum is mostly in english, I've decided to translate the topics on the cover...

Pretty much just take pictures and go to Google images to get logos, photoshop them together and badda bing badda boom you got an ad.

And mine is about as simple as it gets. I've seen much more complex ads here. Especially fbproto's.
 
It all depends on how good you are at Photoshop, me I'm ok with it but there are some people who know it like the back of their hand.

no mention of my Ford ad? :( it took me a couple hours to chop one car over the other.

...I had the idea to do a mag cover a good while back, but I just never got around to it. I love the ones popping up though, I'm gonna have to get to work on one of my own. :D

I was talking to fporto_br on msn last weekend about this thread, and yours was the first screen he linked me too. Pretty good stuff! :)

Just copied it in GT4 version :)

The cheesieness on the bottom of the ad was there from the start. I found the image on the net and just added my pic and changed the date.

Ok guys, listen to this... after posting the Quatro Rodas cover on the forum, I decided to send a copy to the magazine itself, along with my personal history (I learned to read alone... Guess what I read when I was four?).

Last friday, I've got two e-mails from the Quatro Rodas team. The first one (automated reply) thanking for the message I sent. But the other one... a personal message from the chief editor of the magazine... ASKING IF I COULD WRITE AN ARTICLE ABOUT GT4 TO BE PUBLISHED ON THE NEXT ISSUE!!!

YEEEEEEEEEEHAW! YESSSSSSS! YESSSSSSS! I hope this really comes to be and, if the article really gets published, I'll post a scan here on the forum!
