Photomode Problem: Camera (Lens) Moving Up When Left Stationary?

I'm not sure If this is just me or if it's widespread, but whenever I go into Photomode, and trying to take a pic, the camera (lens) keeps moving up gradually when I leave the analog stick stationary. It's annoying when trying to take a good picture Anyone know a solution to this, or if it's just me and should get a new DS3/GT5 Copy?

I don't think so because It would've also happened on races, which doesn't. But you could be right, regardless.

Well, the LEFT analog UP/DOWN direction does not really affect race controls if its slightly messed up. I guess the better way to test this is by using the ZOOM analog control on the PS3's Picture viewer on the XMB.
