Photomode problem...

Hey guys, I suspect others have had this problem before but I didn't know where to look, basically I am trying to take a picture of the rear end of an F10. As i'm currently drawing it but I need more detail.
So I got the angle right, focused on the right parts like this:

But when I press X to take the picture the camera angle moves round to the left, it zooms in a little and completely loses focus, like so:

Can anyone help?

Hmm, I would first try raising the F/ value to 45. Also, it may help if the exposure time is set to 1/8000th of a second, and you're using panning mode 3. I hope that helps

I had the exposure at 1/8000th of a second anyway, but I will try changing the F/value
