Came across this on another board. It's a 2D physics-based "sandbox" game for PC, still in beta. Like LBP, it lets you create an entire environment based around various physics models and such.
Obviously, it's lacking the polished 3D look of LBP, and it has no characters, just the environment. But still, it gives you some ideas of how LBP is going to work, and you can get a "head start" in learning how to create interesting levels.

I'd be curious to see what other people come up with using this program. I think you can even upload your files for others to fiddle with.
