GRRRR! I have the CD by Tool AEnema, and its got a picture of it in the case, if I could only find it....
 
You can, uh, check places on the internet for pics, they're probably there. And kudos to you , I knew there were a bunch of Tool fans on the boards.
 
I wouldn't go so far as to call myself a fan, fans have all the CDs, and I only have that one.

Also, I might find one from the Superman movie from long ago
