Thankfully, no. Images tend to dominate the sig especially when people get carried away with them. It's the text of the post that's important, not the sig.

i'm used to it on other forums so it doesn't really bother me. Especially when people change the frequently.

He was referencing your post count, not you having to see it that much.

The images in signature policy is a major reason why I stayed around here in the early days, as I'd gotten very burnt out of scrolling through threads that were 80% signatures at the least. Forcing massive amounts of redundant content on people is just bad design.

It'd be one thing if text colors in sigs hadn't dulled shortly after the last major update. I used to run Partisans colors (black, yellow, silver) in my sig, now it's just a useless band of gray I've never bothered to get rid of. My sig used to have a variety of different text colors in it, actually.
