Just a few from Nurburgring for now. Class and work are killing my time for pictures :)

These are only a few from the first lap of the LMES preseason race in the GTE class, featuring Mitch and Flyin.

Mitch and Flyin have to pit after a collision in the final chicane. From the looks of the video Mitch missed his braking point and flew past FH, followed by contact between mitch's rear and FH's front-end. Who said team mates couldn't get a little gritty racing each other? Well, I guess their pit crews might have some words about it...

That's it for now please excuse it being so skimpy. I took these shots in between a really hectic and somewhat downtrodden day, but I did these by request. If you want pics of yourself just post here using the request format on the OP. I don't think I'm so great that people are going to line up requests but I just mainly did it to quicken the process and be given ideas of what people think the best shots would be. Please, I actually want requests for shots so I know what to look for. Otherwise I'm following certain cars and possibly missing great moments with others.

Anyway that's it for now, as brief a collection as it is. Adios for now.
 
ALMS @ Spa (preseason) 11/18/11:

Been getting rusty with pictures; just don't have the time I used to. But here are a few from our preseason race at Spa. BTW I'm using photobucket now so forgive any formatting issues. Still working it out...

Our featured battle! It's so close here in the early laps of the race. Tire choice may have played a factor as these two fight through the final chicane!

Sums up the race. Some good racing moments for all. Watching those LMPs go by the GT cars gives me butterflies. We've been away too long.
 
ALMS @ Daytona Road Course 12/2/11:

Season 3 is here! And what a great looking bunch of cars for a fast bunch of drivers. I didn't get a lot of pictures, but I think this bunch pretty well represents the field.

The yellow beamer passes me, stealing 6th place away in a hard-battled final few seconds of the race after the bus stop. A tremendous effort!

What a race. At times frustrating, at times fun, always intense. Looking forward to Suzuka this Friday!
