Wow, the fact that this has 1/30 as much likes as "convertible roof control" says a lot about the average GT player... Bit sad though, seems a lot of people here really have no clue about real life racing and how different it is from GT.
06 had a system which allowed you to use voice control and a USB microphone to request info from your crew chief and instruct your teammates what to do. You also have 4 teammate commands on the right analog that can be set according to your preferences e.g. block which tells the teammate hold up cars behind them, hold position which tells them to hold position on the track and work with me which tells them to help you get to the front with drafting.
IMHO this feature would be great in gt6 for requesting information such as around how many laps you have left in the fuel tank/battery.
This would be great in gt7 if you race as part of a team in career mode as you could give instructions to other drivers on the team.
I would love this. It would add such a lot of immersion to hear your engineer use even basic communication - Things like when to pit, when leader pits or if the weather is expected to change for example.
