Playing GT5 with an Headset?

I have searched everywhere for an answer to this.
Is it possible to play all sound through a headset or is it restricted to voice chat only.

You might need a 5.1 surround headset like the one that came out for black ops but not sure

That's what I do. They are a little pricy but work great. Mine have separate volume controls for voice and game sounds.

I have the 4Gamers cp-pro (Amazon) they do exactly what you want and have a good clear mic.
or make you'r own version by superglueing a cheap bluetooth headset to the side of some cheap headphones, pair headset to ps3 via blutooth and plug the headphones into side of the telly, easy. £25 tops

I'm using the Tritton AX Pro when playing GT5, works great.
