Playing user made tracks offline?

Hey guys, quick question for you:

With GT6 online closing, is there any way to play user made tracks you've downloaded OFFLINE? I tried playing arcade mode then "user made tracks" and it simply tried to sign me into psn.

Maybe. I often get a server error saying "Server is offline" or something like that. When this happens I can not use any online service until I restart the game BUT I still can use all created tracks if I'm connected to PSN.

So there may be a chance they will still be available after GT6 servers go offline. They would be as long as PSN on PS3 stays online anyway.
