The metal plates underneath the seat aren't touching the ground - intentional, in order to swing when someones sitting on it? It's very stable but it's confusing me.
Oh, well - there's nothing under it, preventing it to be flat on the surface. Yet, now it "moved down", so it maybe just needed a few hours of sitting in it.
