Hey, Playseat Challenge literally caught my eyes and being movable and compact make real difference to me.
according reviews and their official website, its fully compatible among most of wheels and pedals on the market, especially with popular wheels such as G27/DFGT...
But what about Clubsport Wheel and Clubsport Pedals, they are big boys, can Playseat Challenge handle such heavy wheel and pedals?
i am looking for stability and sturdiness, if another cockpit provides good stability and sturdiness, i am wiling to buy it

any great feedback from Challenge's users would be grateful

thanks

i figured it out
i contacted them and got confirmation: Fanatec stuffs being too heavy for Playseat Challenge, they dont recommand you to use Fanatec instead of Logitech wheels and pedals.

The ISR guys used a T500RS on theirs. I don't know how heavy a CSW is in comparison, but I seriously doubt the CSP's weigh more than the T500RS pedals.

It's more about if they fit (CSP). They don't have a flat base like the CSR/CSR Elite. I have a CSR wheel and the CSR Elite mounted on my Playseat. Strange how they don't recommend that but still have holes drilled for Fanatec/Thrustmaster. However, you have to be careful when locking the wheel, it's only plastic that's holding it.
There is someone here on the forums that have a T500RS mounted on his.

CSW is it heavier than CSR?
they dont recommend, it does not mean it will not working.
such light structure has to handle heavy wheels and pedals, i have watched video which we could see little wobbles when using T500RS

@moondancer
how it feels?
stable and sturdy enough?
CSW / CSP is a big boy (nearly 6 or 7 kg)

The pedals are not a problem if you can make them fit. You have to work out a way to mount the CSP. The CSW is 2 kg heavier plus the weight of the rim you have. The seat itself it surprisingly steady once you sit down. There in no wobble from side to side that you can feel. Some slight movement back and forth but nothing I can feel when racing. But I can't guarantee how long you will be able to use it.

Have a look at this thread
Playseat Challenge - T500rs - TH8rs

working out to mount the CSP? are you meaning Playseat Challenge has no hole and fixation for CSP / CSW?

The wheel is no problem. The pedals are another matter, the CSP do not have a base like the CSR/CSR elite. That will make it a bit more difficult to mount them. Not impossible, but a bit harder. The CSR elite pedals just use the velcro and two zipties.

good thing is i confused badly about CPS, i have CSR Elite Pedals lol
the bad thing is after watched videos, i clearly see little wobbles while user are racing
not side movements but you clearly notice wheel base shaking from down to up.
not that huge but i am still wondering if CSL seat would be the best option to me

Just to make things clear:

Since the CSW are about 30-50% heavier than the T500 and twice the weight of the CSR, I would suggest the CSL instead. Although it's not as comfortable as the Playseat. I don't think the construction of the wheel deck is sturdy enough on the Playseat.

I know this is a really old thread, but I just thought I would say I got a Playseat Challenge as a temporary cockpit while I'm living in a small apartment (my rSeat Formula rig is too big with the platform I have it mounted on). I mounted my CSW to it a couple days ago and it's working great, no slipping, no excessive play, etc. Really no way to securely mount CSP's, maybe CSR-Elites, not sure, but I just bought a set of G25 pedals with the Nixim brake mod to hold me over for now. Everything seems to be working great so far.

Well wouldn´t it work just putting a thin plank to get a flat surface for the clubsport pedals? T500RS pedals fit just great and they have similar bulk so feels like it shouldn´t be impossible.

I have tried G27 and TX on it and it works just fine even with the TX. like how the ffb transplants through the seat. Even though the CSW is heavier if you just hold it when raising the bar to get out it shouldn´t be to much a problem I imagine.

I have not endurance tested it though I won it on a competition I have a nixim racecraft GT already.
