Stream dead here on GTP?
 
Now I need a Vita and PS4.. Good marketing bites sometimes.
 
No native PS3 support, but maybe some software emulation.
 
Comparing this to the PS3 and all previous PS consoles, it's just so amazing how fast these guys keep pushing technology ahead. Remote play? Well, if you even have a Vita to start with, yes please!

To be fair they sort of tried it in the past with the PSP, you can play Vegas Poker on your PSP running off the PS3, they just didn't quite have the tech to do it well.

This however will not be good news for Nintendo, one of the Wii U's USPs just disappeared.

Ahh well. Great graphics........Combined with a bunch of junk I do not want or need, or in some cases, absolutely refuse to use.

Guess I am officially out of the target market now.

last 40 mins could've been done in 10mins and more interesting to watch with gaikai chat 5mins in

Which was a given anyway because the processors are in no way the same (Cell vs. x86), but Gaikaiman said streaming will be a thing, so that's something.

Software-based emulation only. Supposedly the hardware is fast enough for that.

To that I say, wasn't the PS3 supposed to have software-based PS2 backward compatibility?
 
Integrated gaming= the end of integration!
 
I hope Sony does not charge people to use the features they keep talking about but I know it will probably be in PS+
