Playstation Store doesn't like me!

I've just spent around £20 buying all the DLC for GT5, but here's the problem.

The "Complete Pack" hasn't installed? Everything that isn't included it in has...

If I go to the Playstation Store I can see I have "blue" PS store bags next to the content included in the complete packs, and "red" PS store bags next to Car 2/3 & SSRX.

My guess is it hasn't installed, but if I go to any of the packs with the blue bags, it asks me to BUY them again?

It sounds as if PS store has just robbed me of a tenner, not happy.

Is there some way I can "install" the packs? As they are not listed in my download history. :odd:
 
On GT5's main menu there's a round button with a red ring and a white arrow pointing down. Go in there to install the packs if you haven't tried this already. If you have already, then I don't know what to do. :p
 
Ingame, first menu, the red button with arrow pointing down on far right. That's where you install your GT5 DLC.
