Another brief update on my BLC-T500 Load Cell Mod: I've gotten some early feedback from Darin and Shaun at InsideSimRacing.tv and it sounds pretty favorable at this point -- I think it's safe to say that I've succeeded in improving upon the stock pedals with my current design, and the PS3 compatibility looks solid as well.

Darin is going to do a stand alone / first look piece for InsideSimRacing.tv, so I'm not going to go into any further detail, but at this point I'll say that I now feel like I'm pretty close with the existing design, and I'll let Darin's review/preview tell the rest of the tale. No idea when Darin plans on posting his comments, but the next installment of their "This Week Inside Sim Racing" feature is due out soon, so I'm hoping he manages to squeeze in something about the load cell mod there.

I look forward to ISR's comments on the mod. Also happy to hear about the PS3 compatibility- that's a must for me even if it's just for one thing: GT5.
 
FYI, the BLC-T500 preview is now available on the InsideSimRacing.TV main page. I think Darin and Shaun have done a very good job of providing a fair and in-depth preview.

I don't recall if they mentioned it specifically, but the load cell mod CAN be used with the T500 pedals in the "F1" or the "GT" (inverted) position, and the mod is fully compatible with both the PC and the PS3.

Parts are on order now for my initial production run -- I'm now looking at 4 - 5 weeks for parts to arrive.
 
I don't own a t500 but will say Congrats. I have been following the development of your kit and you must be stoked to have it ready for production.
