Please help! What are some good, light cars in gt5?

I'm looking for some premium cars that weigh under 1000 kg when fully upgraded, something that I can just throw into a corner and not worry. I have all the mx5s, what else is there? My preference would be an all wheel drive pr rear wheel drive car, no front wheel drive. Any suggestions?

Your weight and premium criteria makes this pretty tough.

Have you considered any of the following?

Scion BRZ '12
Subaru BRZ '12
Toyota 86 GT '12
Toyota FT-86 Concept '09

Would you consider mid-engine cars?

Lotus Elise '96
Lotus Elise 111R '04

Depending on what you want to do, don't discount Kei cars. Fully tuned can be great fun, but you will have limited top speed and the low weight can punish your pp. Try Midget, 4wd versions of the Move, Cappuccino, OFC, 60s Hondas Sports, Toyota S600.
