Please help with setings/options

ok no matter what i do i cant seem to turn of the traction control and the stability stuff. I have turned it off in the options screen and it still comes back on. please help i want to do some drifting but its kinda hard when it wont let me lose traction
 
If you are in GT mode ( which I assume) then you have to go into the settings of the car to turn of the asm/tcs .

On the start screen before the race go to settings and move along to the last option on the right it's in there ;)
