Please Help!!x-port problems!!

i have install x-port v1.10 in windows XP pro. when i click on 'mem card' in the program, there is the animation to show the tranfering of data, but halfway it will pop out a message say that the x-port have encounter problem and will be shut off.
i have a 39006 modded set.

help is greatly appreciated, thanks

i have try all that but its still not working

i've tried everything i know of to get it to actually "load" in xp pro and it still locks up on the loading screen, datel has yet to return my numerous e-mails.

where does one find such "updates?"

You probably have the latest one, but if you don't there's an upgrade button at the top of the program

try other USB ports???

I use WindowsXP Pro and it works just fine... Shpooky...

i have read something from a website that says that the X port doesnt work with some memory cards with certain serial number
