I've got idea, in GTPlanet Forum->Gran Turismo 2 or for another forum please make tread like "Everything Question, Ask Here" put and keep to 2nd or 3rd in treads list after Forum faq or etc.
I will guarantee there is no more new tread for another question, so we can save more space from our data base
NocturnalPS has already created a thread like this, which is permanently "stuck" at the top of the GT2 forum. If you have any suggestions to threads that you think he should add to his list there, just send him a private message and I'm sure he won't mind including it.
