lol boons, everyone in this thread except one guy who was mad about fanatec customer service said that fanatec is the better wheel, yet you were planning to get the t500rs anyway, so I'm guessing your mind is already made up.
The truth of the matter is that your G27 wheel is pretty equivalent to the T500RS. The fanatec wheels are pretty much equivalent as well with the exception of the CSR elite, which has a huge amount of new technology for force feedback, but also a huge pricetag.
So, we've established that you have a good wheel, now where is your biggest upgrade going to be PEDALS, imagine you take the entire money that you were planning to invest in a new wheel, and invest in a set of THESE.

Also there is another guy named emery who is making completely hydraulic braking pedals that are supposed to be AMAZING.
In my opinion if you already have a good rig do yourself a favor and get a good pedal set because that is going to be a much bigger upgrade than a wheel.
If you're determined to not buy one of those amazing pedal sets above make sure you get a fanatec wheel and fanatec pedals that have LOAD CELL. If they don't have load cell braking, they're pretty much worthless.
