It's new one, I played with it about 3 days, all good.
But yesterday, it lost FFB when I play ACC(PC) and GT7(PS5). The steering wheel does not even have the power to automatically return to center when I tried it in the drive manage on pc.
I'm sure the mode I selected was right(OTHER on PC, GT on GT7), and have the newest drive and firmware.
And played not more than 10 minutes, so it couldn't be too hot.
Pls tell me is that broken?

I'm afraid I don't have good news for you.

A little over 2 weeks ago my T248 failed in the same way. In the middle of the race all FFB was gone... from time to time it still "rattled" from time to time it still moved a few millimeters... But there was nothing more. The firmware etc. everything is ok/up to date, but it didn't help. Unfortunately, Thrustmaster's customer service is very slow, the first answer can/may take up to 48 hours according to their specifications and further answers to any emails also up to 48 hours each, usually it was always 24 hours for me. That means you get an answer from Thrusmaster and have to try to solve it.... I did that, answered immediately and then still had to wait 24 hours for a new instruction. In the end, the only solution was to send the device in. However, this is not regulated by the customer service with which one had to do until then, but with the repair service. That meant I had to wait another 48 hours until the return label finally came by mail. I sent in my steering wheel the same day... and serviced it. Only when I asked did I find out that it was probably repaired last week.... But now comes the hammer... the return shipment can take 10-16 days. I live in Germany and well.. I'm really not used to such a "service".

Thanks for your kind reply. I don't want to return it, because I bought it at a good discount.
I'm in China, the shop who sold me this will replace me with a new one. So I won't contact Thrustmaster at this moment
