I searched for "Track Maker" and "Course Editor", but nothing suggested a point-to-point track maker, but I found some people that actually wants this.

This system would allow you to create a course that has the finish line that is not integrated to the start line.

Rally-addicts will love this because they can actually at least try to imitate a rally of some kind.
Touge peoples will love this because they can set goals at the top/bottom of the mountain, unlike the Mount Panorama or basically any tracks other than Goodwood.
 
This would also work great for cruising lobbies.
Most real roadway cruises usually go from point A to point B, not Point A to Point A
 
GT5 had this in rally mode but for some dumb reason players didn't have the option to make point-to-point tracks with course maker.

Create a point to point rally stage that's really sophisticated, do the pace notes for it, and have your friend read them out to you as you compete to get the best time in a rally lobby :D
