Points system

I know Wity is just a complaint artist, but are other people worried about the given points system?

Frankly, it's just a spreadsheet, so it's easy for me to revise the points system - one set of numbers to enter and it will recalc the results for me.

If we as a group want to change it, we should do so now before there are any DNFs, since the current system does penalize DNFs pretty heavily. We could have a system like so:

1 - 15 pts
2 - 13 pts
3 - 12 pts
4 - 11 pts
yada yada
14 - 1 pt

Thoughts?

Im not sure that the last point should only be one more then a DNF.

If any change is to be made, I say knock 10 points off of every place (as it looks like Iforce did).
I don't really mind the current point system though. A DNF or DQ should be penalized. How much... that could be debated endlessly.

Seriously though i agree with the rest of the posts already made. I'm fine with the way it is, but if changes are being made then i agree with the blokes whom have posted above 👍

Well, I don't want to keep changing the rules for the sake of changing them. But a complaint was raised and I wanted to make sure it was OK before I scored up Round 2.

If there is not a general feeling that they SHOULD be changed then I will leave them as is.
