The Italian posts when put into Google Translator were perfect direct English to Italian, forgive me for acting possibly stupid but when I put true French into the translator it is mumbled up English so I would expect the same for Italian. The fact Mazerati also began to post in broken English after posting in relatively good English just added to the lack of credibility....

I don't even know why i'm trying to prove myself.

I think my previous statement is still valid in terms of reading through this thread .

An important life lesson to learn here is everybody makes mistakes , just be man enough to admit them when you make them . And in doing so , accept your punishment , learn from it & move on .

But besides that i'm sure that being a pretend member of the Italian community has some form of benefit to the OP . For instance , he can open a trolling thread slating British cars in lieu of viewing the entire subject through a fake latin perspective .

Oh wait , he did that already ..... https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=229513

Mazerati
3) Who says im not Italian? I only had 'Scotland' displayed because that's where i was at the time.
Really ? How interesting ....
Famine
It's also where you still are and have always been while posting here. You've also always posted in British units (£ particularly), British idiom (describing your 04 Fiesta, going to college) and about British places (Glasgow, Lanark, Motherwell and Carnwath)
Yep , it's not very smart to lie on GTP . Especially when the Mods are far smarter than yourself. 👍

Can I now claim to be Japanese as I like the country & their electrical products ?
Hmm , it would seem so .

How many times do i have to explain that, because i was in that place at that time, i displayed it on my profile. *Sigh*

EDIT: Yeah, ok, you're right i'm British. i was hatching a dastardly plan to disguise myself as Italian in order to take a blow at the British car industry. But clever Famine and his observatory skills have doomed my plan. *damn*

Probably about the same number of times we have to explain "including proper usage of capital letters" to you. Also, you're still in that place.

You could always photocopy your Italian passport & e-mail a scan of it to the Mods to prove your integrity ?

Otherwise , from your posts , threads & reactions . I can't see you being taken seriously around here .

But that's just my opinion . 👍

The Mod & community scepticism you're receiving is your own doing unfortunately.

I I I I I I I I I I I! Happy?

Someones got a short fuse (must be that full red Italian blood ), this thread will become truly epic once it genuinely goes off

^^ This .

Trying to antagonise the Mods will most definitely be your downfall .

From the look of it I would say you're already on thin ice .

It's your choice though . 👍

I think this thread is a great example of:

1) Open discussion. We can see that mods do allow open discussion with a member who wants to courteously present their views on their apparent 'unfair' treatment to us. Let it not be said we rule with an iron fist.

2) Contender for 'thread of the year'.

Sorted. 👍 (Ignore)

If, as you said, the Mods allow open-discussion, then how can i be digging a hole for myself?
Am i giong to get banned, or something, for speaking my mind?

Nope, so long as you stay within the AUP. Also notice the minor spelling error in there you didn't get an Infraction for...

Mazerati
I think we should just end this thread here and now.
What have we learned today?

1) If you make a minor spelling error you get an infraction

You also missed this spelling error; and don't worry I will give myself a slap on the wrist and fix it Immediately.
I have even fixed my signature, to remind me of the error of my ways.

You also missed this spelling error

Want to try that again?

Of course "try" is the key to the first two parts of the AUP. Mistakes we don't really care about. Not trying - and not trying after staff have pointed it out to you - we do.

Err... I pointed out the minor spelling error and pointed out that, contrary to your claim, we don't give out Infractions for it. daan and I then both pointed out that you had apparently missed it and you seem to have missed it again, despite three attempts.

It's not that complicated a concept...

I'm not disputing that. I am asking you what I have to "try again"?

Reading what I wrote would be a good start, given that you failed to do so the first time through.

You know, like you did with the AUP.

I think I'm missing the point entirely (not uncommon from me I know ... ) but ... what exactly are you trying to achieve here, Mazerati? You remind me those guys that suddenly jump naked into the field of a football match, cross it running, get arrested and thrown out in the end ... but achieved their brief moment of notoriety. WIth a bit of luck they even get to national TV for a (even) bigger laugh. Is that your goal?

Give up what? Really?

The losing battle you've pitched yourself in.

Wipe your mouth and be done with it before you say something that will make this situation worse.

^Good advise, take it.
