Okay, Here it is... a poll, which car would you buy regardless of speed/handling?

For me, I don't mind if the F10 is bit slower if its more up to date and more people use it online.

But it's a lot of money and I am willing to buy either.

Which would you buy? or which have you bought? :)
 
I bought both. Banned in A and B spec so they sit. They should have just left em out of the game. A pretend car like fgt get a championship but not these great :grumpy:

Both. Get enough money for the F2007, back up your save, buy it, send to alt, restore save, send from alt back to main, repeat again the next day and you have both with all your money still. :)
 
Can you use em in one make spec races in practise?
 
I'd buy cars I can actually use in events and save those two until I've done about everything else with the game.
 
Well I like the F2007 better. fwiw I got them in a trade, would never have bought them. At least not until I had all the other cars I want 1st.
 
Well for me I really want them as I play alot of Rfactor and Live for speed so I really feel at home in an F1 car.

plus the Forumla GT top speed is way to much.

if it toped out at a realistic 330kms I would be happy but no it does 370-380 which ruins it.

I have a question:

Can you use one of the F1 cars in any A-Spec/B-Spec Race?

To answer the origial question of the fist post I'd buy both, just to see which is faster and to see how the physics works in each one of them.

I'm not stopping until I platinum it. Then I'll play online. I haven't even touched online yet and haven't gotten bored with it at all.

Yes, those are the only races they can enter, found out after buying one of them and planned to do some races in A-spec and blast the opposition away and earn some easy cash and hopefully plenty XP-points whilst doing so....
Agree with the point made before that both these Ferrari's deserved a unique A-spec (and therefore B-spec too) event dedicated to them, why spend the time, money and effort in creating 2 perfectly modelled Premium cars and then make the only open-wheel event only eligible for a bloody cockpit-less fantasy Standard car created ages ago?
Not only that, why make them almost useless for progressing through the game?
Too fast? I'm betting the X1 can be used in most events and it's even faster.
These cars are now just usable as an expensive hobby but then again let's not forget GT5 is just a hobby.
 
F2007
2007 represents a peak of recent F1. after that they have tried to make f1 not so "supreme", if you will.

GT is begining to become and expensive hobby. for those poor chaps that bought the g27 and the poorer chaps now going out to buy the new thrustmaster, after buying the DFGT or another wheel, just because it is the "now endorsed" wheel
 
Don't you get the Level 24 car ticket for hitting Level 40 in both A-spec and B-spec modes? I believe the only Level 24 cars are the 3 Formula cars, so your chances of getting them gifted to you are pretty high. If your going to stick it out that long.
 
I have booth now, and I agree when you say why not dedicate an "unique A-spec (and therefore B-spec too) event " to those cars?
and why lot of tracks in GT5 are almost unused in career mode? Eieger in A-Spec? I can't remember it.
Some nice reverse tracks like London or Deep Forest, never used. Why?
 
I think the F10 looks nicer (To me) but I know the F2007 will be faster.

In the end, I would rather save up 10 million (2 more then the F10)cr and get a truly incredible machine, then spend 7.5 mil for a car I know could be better.
 
No disrespect but this is a dupe thread (why is it a poll?) and i'm still a little confused how anyone can start a new thread? Look at the main GT5 forum page for the established F2007 vs F10 thread
 
I got bought and I seem to be faster in the F10.

I know I am sorry ,I posted 2 by accident. One didn't show up so I made another.

A Mod should delete one,

A poll gives a clear indication of choice , rather than reading through pages of spam talk about specs.

I want and so do others, to know which one to get by majority selection.

Since i had previously driven the f2007 in GT5prologue...i'd rather buy the f2010 1st to get a new experience.

This is what I also think..
I played so many races to save that 2 million credits for the f2007, I dont think I want to buy the same one, when I could get something I haven't experienced.
 
how is the F2007 faster then the F10? on the straights it might be, but i found that i could shave nearly 2 seconds off my lap on the top gear test track in the F10 compared to the F2007. Both with custom gear ratios and downforce, tires left stock.
 
Massa vs. Raikkonen vs. Alonso

I choose Raikkonen.
 
I bought the F10, got three F2007's in prologue. And since you can't race em in game, it does not matter to me if one is marginally faster than the other. Plus maybe when I get to level 40 I'll win the one I don't have :) I do prefer the looks of the F2007 though.
