Did Webber move right to left at 0:15 in video

Vettel's toe-to-toe race craft can really suck sometimes.

Yeah I agree with you on that he's fast but his combat skills needs a bit of polishing. I would say Hamilton would be the best out there with regards to that. Who else do you think?

Webber's only input into the incident was being a causing factor just by being there and forcing Vettel to attack on the inside by defending. But he is not to blame and never will be.

He is, just as much as Vettel. If you analyze the incident, you see Webber react on Vettel. At first Vettel wants to go for the outside. As soon as Vettel slowly steers to the right, Webber does too and Vettel goes for the inside. Nothing questionable so far.
Now stop the video and compare the available space left of Webber when Vettel goes for the inside to when he's fully alongside: Webber really squeezes out Vettel, it's not a matter of just being there. Since the difference in speed was that big, Webber should have returned back to the grippier outside line allowing him to counter if Vettel overshot the corner. That's what every intelligent racing driver would do, as it provides you the best opportunity to succesfully defend your position. Keep in mind the accident happened at the beginning of the braking zone, not on a full throttle straight.
Although technically Vettel may be wrong for steering into Webber, Webber is just as much to blame for unnecessarily creating a dangerous situation. If I was part of the Red Bull team, I'd even fully blame Webber.

Hamilton's skills need just as much polishing as Vettel's, maybe even more. Just look at his pass on Button last race. He shouldn't even have attempted that pass. Button gave him enough space on the inside and still he bangs Button's wheel. Imagine if he attempted such a pass on Webber...

To me Alonso has the best race craft of the current drivers. He can make overtaking look so easy. Unless he's driving behind Massa, that is :lol:

My opinion on this accident is.
The track is quite bumpy. Both cars came over the crest and sofore were abitunballanced anyway. They both hit as small bump but it was just enought for them instictivly to correct the car. They both did this in oposite ways so therefore hit each other. No ones fault just a racing incident.

Not even Red Bull think like this after having analysed the accident. In fact the only two people who do are Eddie Jordan and Max Mosely.

I totally disagree, Webber had every right to squeeze Vettel. By holding the centre of the track, he forces Vettel to brake on the dirty line while he can move across under braking to the clean side. This allows him to maximise the chance of a braking error from Vettel and put himself in a position to quickly dive down Vettel's inside as he goes wide. He doesn't have to move across to the right immediately.
And there is no "technically" about it - Vettel is wrong for steering into Webber, how on earth is it right?

Red Bull even admitted what they said earlier was wrong.

That was a calculated tap on Button for trying to pass without his permission. :sly:
