I have no problem paying for new DLC cars. But paying for in-game credits is something I will never do. Personally, I think the seasonals should get a higher pay-out. Sure, make them harder but get the pay-outs higher. I'm thinking a pretty hard seasonal should have this kind of pay-out:

Gold: 550,000
Silver: 300,000
Bronze: 150,000

That's a personal opinion right there. What do you guys think?

They should make every race a lot harder & make them standing starts to eliminate the "catch the rabbit" aspect.

When the challange is just overtaking rolling fridges that had a head start instead of actually racing against competetive AI, I feel the spirit of racing is kind of lost :(

Very true. The problem lies in the fact that GT is designed around the experience of driving the cars....as opposed to the experience of racing them. The racing element of GT feels like a case of "well, just making a game where you just drive around won't sell so we should add some "racing" to it....it doesn't matter if the racing is poor or worthless, the driving is the point". The perefectly positioned stars relative to real life, the day-night cycle in 24 minutes and so on all show that this game is, first and foremost, a driving game...the racing element takes a back seat and, as long as they sell enough copies, then they have no incentive to change the format.

I have low expectations for GT7: while I'm sure that it will be visually amazing thanks to the PS4s superior performance, I am confident that the racing element will stick with the same, rather tired, format

Earlier installments of GT is more about racing (GT1-GT4). I think that if they got rid of the annoying rolling starts & add difficulty adjustments GT7 may very well be epic.

It would speak to both hardcore gamers (racers) & those that just want to "sunday drive" :)

I may not be hyped about another GT installment, but I haven't given up hope.

"I actually agree with the OP to an extent. My comment even shows me giving PD a hard time since they think moving constellations is a big racing game breakthrough..."

When they got nothing good to add, they add doo doo like "consetellations". Ha Ha Ha!

Constellation = JUMP THE SHARK!

GT6 = TOTAL FAIL!

The impatience comes from the fact that anyone who can drive worth a lick can finish this game in less than a week. and being that PD dont give a damn about their customers, (only money). it would be nice to get more than a couple of TTs every 2 weeks. A race series would be nice with some decent payouts, that you could repeat a few times to get credits. That too, probably wont happen. And that again goes back to the greed of PD (microtransactions). Maybe KAZ can make another documentary showing what a greedy POS he is. Because we know he has time for that, certainly improving this garbage product isnt high on his list of priorities
