Hi there
I just want to tell you about a pop-up type thing when I tried to return to the PC & Console gaming forum.

It came up when I clicked on the bit at the bottom of the page to go to the forum/back out of the thread.
I can't make it do this again though.

Yeah I saw it also, something about this message will self destruct in 5 seconds :p thought I was Ethan Hawke for a minute ;)

Oh ok, just as long as it is normal then.

Do you change the advertising scheme regularly? I don't recall seeing one of those ads until recently, since January. I would imagine you change this scheme depending on the site's financial needs.
 
No, it never really changes. Those "intrusive" ads are many, many times more expensive for advertisers than regular banners. As a result, there may be only a few of those types of campaigns running throughout the year and they'll only last for a few weeks, at most.
 
I see, interesting. Thanks Jordan... Sorry if my post came off as 'complainy' it really isn't. I like it here, advertisements or not. This site costs money to run after all.
