In GT4 it's a CLK-LM, the main differences are the front bumper and the two large intakes on the bonnet, you can see the intake on the pic of the LM in GT4 posted. The CLR is not in GT4, neither is the CLK-GTR really. Also look at the date next to the cars name, you know what raced in 1998 in LeMans and GT1, the CLK-LM.
