Possible to get the "The Stig" driver suite?

Bringing this back because I literally just saw the white helmet with blue shield. Has anyone been able to acquire this? I just saw it on a demo at the beginning screen of the game...just wondering how to get it or if I should just keep doing races over and over til it pops up.
