Possible to shuffle gift ticket?

I just got my 1000 gift ticket,I have saved up my game on the usb flashdrive,is it possible to use the ticket and if I dont like the car then go back, delete the savegame and reload it form my usb and use the ticket again?

Thanks for the response guys,got a mazda miata first time and then s2000.

Another question-What if I wait till psn comes back and then duplicate the ticket with my second account,I know over million credit cars are banned but is it still possible to send tickets?

Save your game on stick , load game , open ticket, if you don't want the car quit game and reload save data from stick open again and so on ...... Happy Days

Edit : no need to delete anything
