Post 3.0 Le Mans Tunes

I'm looking for help tuning the Audi R18 e-tron quattro for Le Mans. Post the 3.0 update I'm not able to do faster than 3:26.07 while before I could do a 3:22.xx. I would appreciate any tuning help.
