Hello. Let's have a little competition here. Go to the high speed test and post highest speed. Mine is 292 mph with a viper concept.

Was it some kind of manual gear/engine tuning by yourself? Can't seem to remember my fastest speed somewhere around 310 kph with a Toyota GT one.

The "trany" (sic) trick does not in any way affect your car's ability to go faster. The car's speed is limited by its aerodynamics (including downforce), mass and power, along with its gearing - it'll either reach its maximum at the limit of its top gear or not.

The Tranny Trick is a glitch which allows you to shorten the gear ratios, whilst maintaining the same maximum speed thus allowing you to accelerate faster.

It is not possible to reach 1000mph without artificially enhancing the vehicle's power or performing a wheelie - both of which are specifically prohibited in the first post. "trany" (sic) trick or not.

Bad information is bad. Do not give answers to questions you don't actually know the answer to.

I hit around 274mph in my Lotus Esprit 350, it was a long time ago and I've never really been able to come close to replicating that.

I can hit about 280-285 in the Escudo, but I prefer to use the Esprit 350, that one hits about 275, like Battle_Stage said. Plenty fast enough to win any race on the Test Course.

I've done 308 mph in an Escudo, 251 in an xj220 racecar, and 270+ in any other racecar with 900+ hp 👍
