It is now possible to repaint the brake calipers on cars (after Update Version 1.10) equipped with [Racing Brakes] purchased within the [Suspension] menu of [Tuning Parts]. Please note there are certain cars that cannot be repainted using this feature.

The Clio is Nuovo Blu Pozzi, which can be found on various Ferraris, and the calipers are Saffron Yellow, the origins of which I am uncertain.

The wheels on my s2000 is Enkei RPF1 level 1 in inches with black matte calling "Nero Nemesis" and the colour of the brakes is solid calling "Fantasiagrun"
 
Nice pictures, I'll throw one into the ring. '69 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Would've taken a shot of the SS (my favorite car) but it's still a standard car. I'm loving the new brake caliper paints though.
