Same as that I reckon, mines nearly 3 years old and has had some serious hours on GT5, I had my PS3 running 24/7 for about 3 and a half months when I got GT5 and I'm getting a bit nervous about the heat issue. Even though I really can't see myself sitting down for 48 hrs doing just 2 races, I'm a big fan of getting PSN Trophies but I think those last few will have to be skipped...

I started playing in January. I didn't play at all from June through August due to broken ps3.

and all of that was basically done between January and May, I usually only play a day a week for the new seasonal races and online, pretty much all I have to do are the A-spec 24 hr races and then all golds in the license tests, those are going to a bitch.

Didn't feel right..... deleted this savedata..... started over again......

how do you get a Platonism if you haven't beaten all the races, * gold standard* hard as f trophy..* probably hardest trophy in any game it requires you spend 2 days doing 2 enduros lol cheater
 
For platinum, you don't need to finish A-Spec 24h races. B-Spec 24h races finishing is enough. So gold standart is not hard to get if you finished other races/events/licenses. I know this is not fair, because in gold standart it says "finish gold every....." but PD made this game like this.

Finally got Level 40 on A-Spec. Total duration, November 24th 2010 - April(Fool's Day) 1st 2012, 494 days - $47, money well spent! Only game I have spent this much time on...

After seeing some of your guy's stats, I realized I got a while to go.

And really, how could you have a 1000+ cars? I have 213 and still haven't driven all of them, or would really want to. I go to the USD and look for something cool (to me) unique, or something like that. I'm guessing most of you got like 27 different matias, 59 gtrs, and such. I do have some duplicates, just mostly I keep one stock, one modded.

I'm gonna have to take a closer look at the usd and see if im missing some cool stuff...

More than half my time is spent in drifting lobbies or my distance driven would have been a lot higher.

You get a psn trophy if you get 1000 cars in your garage, a lot of people aimed for that. In my case I could of easily got it but my goal is to have 1000 different cars not dips.
