I just use a large, soft white brush and paint over parts of the image in Photoshop. I start with a low opacity, anywhere from 16% - 25% and start to build up the layers, creating a glow effect.

This is going to be my ''last'' image before GT6, and i honestly cant wait to take more photos on GT6!

[EDIT] Scratch the last picture line. Ill try and see in my replays and see if i can come up with more before GT6! Thanks for cheering me up MoMo!
