Posting Speadsheets to Forum

I run an online racing club and would like to be able to copy and paste the names and scores from my spreadsheet to the forum with out losing the formatting. I can copy and paste now and when I paste it looks ok. Then when you finish the message the formatting goes away and I have to go back and edit.

Any ideas?

Sure would be nice to be able to do this.

I use Apache Open Office 3 for my spreadsheet.

I don't think there are any ways to actually embed the spreadsheet, but there are a couple options.

One is to take a screenshot of the spreadsheet and upload the image, here is an example. If you have Windows Vista/7/8 there is an app called "Snipping Tool" that makes this very easy(not sure if other OS's have a similar function).

You could also make a Google Docs spreadsheet and post a link if you would like to keep the functionality of the spreadsheet.
 
I have Windows 7. I did not even know the snipping tool was even there. Problem solved. Thanks
