Powerful cars?

So, I'm asking you guys what are the cars with tons of power. I Mean cars that have plenty of power when fully tuned. I don't care about stock car's power.

Has to be:
-from UCD
-standard car, I mean no race cars.

Most of the Nissan Silvias/180SX/240SX start around 175-200 HP and have 425+ HP after full tunes. The R33/R34 Skylines are obvious... stock = 276, tuned = 700+. Most Corvettes and Vipers have big power when tuned, and also the Shelby Series One. The Lexus SC300 '97 really surprised me with the fully tuned HP compared to stock. And the Veyron comes to mind...

The Audi S6 and Corvette ZR1 (RM) give the most impressive increases when fully tuned. I can't remember, but think one of the Audi Avants (can't remember if it is the S6 or RS6 gives in excess of 800 bhp) and the Corvette over 900 bhp

1997 Lexus GS300 - more than 700 BHP, not sure about the weight but surely less than 1400 kg.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak car...it has almost 1100hp and KILLS tires

TVR Speed 12

It comes with quite a bit of poke but I think you can slap a blower on it to get a few more ponies out of the V12. It is also pretty light - so you get the usual TVR silliness wheelspin and locked wheels as standard.

Veyron Simple. 1200+Hp Standard and its in UCD It's really light can reach more than 400kmph in sathe le da (Forgot the track name).

Remembering that a lot of high HP cars go squirrely on PP (IMO it can be a ton of fun tuning a nutso car up while destabilizing it LOL):
PP leaders: Veyron, Viper GTS-R Concept, Ford GT (with or w/o stripe), Depends on how you classify the Furai Concept....biggest bang for the buck IMO is Tommy Kaira ZZII.....man what a Beaut

HP: To the above you add the Speed 12, SL 65 AMG, Caddy CIEN, Audi Le Mans Quattro....and no, I'm NOT mentioning that ridiculous Chevy truck LOL

I love high powered machines, too. Did a search awhile ago and found this list very helpful. It says drag cars, but I have found this list to more rightfully show the highest break-in HP of most cars.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage goes up into the 800-900HP regions. Great fun to powercruise and do burnouts up to... well, almost top speed in. Especially on Comfort tyres. Also has a very light sound when using stock exhaust, sounds harsher on sports, racing and semi racing exhaust just sound silly though. I use sports on my tuned versions and stock on my less tuned/stock power ones (I got 7 I love to drive it)
