Can I suggest that you may get more help if you direct your query to Office Online help, rather than a gaming forum? Also, it would be useful if you put more information into your post, like what kind of calendar, what sort of duration you need to chart, whether you want to put any information onto the calendar etc.

Because screenshotting Outlook and then using Insert > Picture > From File is tricky.
