I was messing around with the Buick Special '62. It had about 558 pp I add some weight and the pp increased and also went up when I reduced the engine power. Has anyone had this proplem ?

Maybe the extra weight and less power aid traction?

I was thinking that when I add the weight in the rear of the car but it did it even if I just added the weight or reduced engine power.

Did you drive the car at all between adjustments (allowing it to break in further)?

Doesnt mater where the ballast is added (unless full front(-50)) It will still aid in traction as some of the weight is shared to the back. Same as dropping power, Less power, more traction. This happens on high power cars like the TVR Speed 12 and Buick Special.
