Practice mode question

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but anyhow...

In practice mode, after finishing a ''one make race'' it defaults to the race replay. Is there anyway to disable this, so that one can restart the race immediately? (that is, without having to press the ''start'' button on the DS3 to skip replay)

Not that I know of. This is the same in Arcade Mode.
