Calling all Car enthusiasts!

If you have a soft spot for Pre 1973 cars like we do, then join us for some clean, fun and close racing.​

We expect racers to be familiar with the GTP OLR, and be gentlemen (and ladies) and be respectful to other racers at all times. Voice chat will be enabled and "friendly banter" is typical, but please try to keep excessive background noise to a minimum, especially during races (mute yourself if necessary).

This is a casual format, running about 1.5 to 2 hours so you are not required to stay through all races. We will post an agenda in this thread each week which will list the tracks.

All other aids off unless specified otherwise.

Start Type: Grid start with false start check
Grid Order: Reverse Race Result

Currently our rooms will be set as "Public" and we welcome all skill levels.

So pull those old cars out of the garage (or go buy one), give them a polish and join us whenever you can!

Race 2 - Trial Mountain 4 laps

Race 3 - Nordschleife 1 lap
Race 4 - Nordschleife 1 lap

Race 5 - Grand Valley 4 laps
Race 6 - Grand Valley 4 laps

Race 7 - Circuito di Roma 5 laps
Race 8 - Circuito di Roma 5 laps

Excellent racing and can't believe I won a race. However I think the GT40 spoilt things as it was too fast. I wanted to race my e type but I've messed up my settings and it's really hard to drive as you saw in Cote.

Sorry had to leave the room early.

I had a great time racing with everyone esp in spa :lol:

Great racing Smiley - sorry I had to leave early - tiredness got the better of me!

A very nice and varied mix of cars on the track and it's giving me lots of ideas on cars to test out for future championships.

the old cars are so good to drive , but I only have my Ferrari 365 gtb4 witch have a good setup yesterday ( others are stock or quick setup before race ... )
I hope to race more with you in the future ( depend of my work :rolleyes:)

Will drive Cobra too. Childhood dreams.

I found it very good arround corners.
Just make rear susp softer and rear ARB max 3 or 4
It is agile car so you can minimize rear axle spin with diff, ultra fast car with little powerslide vroooooom

I set up all my cars suspension on Nordschleife or Mount Panorama

Actually I'm exaggerating, it actually drove quite nice with the setup I have. Just enough spin coming out of corners as long as I'm paying attention. My LSD seems good as both wheels are spinning together so it's manageable.

I just need more seat time to become "One with the machine" :)
